For more than 30 years, the Maison des arts de Laval has been our city’s go-to place for artistic, musical and cultural events for patrons of all ages. As part of their official mission, the MDA has created many opportunities for youth education in the arts. If you’re looking for an artistic activity to do with the family this spring, look no further than the MDA! The program calendar is rich with opportunity to attend cultural events, followed by an educational and artistic activity designed for parents to do with their children.

Les Ateliers d’Alfred are the perfect combination of visual and performing arts! The parent-child workshops are offered free of charge before or after a presentation in the Grandes Sorties jeune public series. Each workshop offers parents and their children the opportunity to produce a communal piece of art inspired by an artist or a theme presented at La Salle Alfred-Pelletier.
