Tennis 13 Fitness serves families of Laval for over 35 years.

The club has evolved in its multi-cultural community to provide quality service corresponding to the expectations of its members. It offers today more than twenty different sports and relaxing activities constantly evolving in response to new trends.

More than 100 specialized employees oversee these activities in order to make the experience more enjoyable. This helps to accomplish our primary mission to promote “wellness” within the community. This approach takes place in a unique atmosphere where leisure, sports learning and social gathering are featured.

It’s fall and with the new school year and the end of the summer come a variety of activities that will help us through the winter! This is the perfect time to start sports activities which allow us to recharge our batteries. It’s part of a healthy lifestyle concept integrated into the collective consciousness, but sometimes difficult to apply through lack of motivation. That is why it is important to find an activity that suits you and will become easier to maintain daily.

Making sure children stay active has become a challenge for parents who need to balance work, school and entertainment for the family.

Several studies show that physical activity is beneficial to them and help develop greater self-esteem, discipline and perseverance that are useful in their academic development. We offer several programs with flexible schedules; Tennis, Kids Fitness, Swimming and a brand-new Sportball program (sports instruction for kids) a noncompetitive multisport program for kids from 16 months to 12 years old. In addition, some programs incorporate parental participation.

The secret is to combine fun and sports so they adhere to it fully and learn to develop healthy habits they will keep until adulthood.
