For 12 years, 150 cyclists have travelled 300 km over two days, between Laval and Trois-Rivières, for the benefit of the Laval Cancer Program. The 300 KM pour la VIE; Bike Challenge for Life, has raised more than $1.7 million and brought hundreds of people with the desire to make a difference together.

The 2019 edition, which will take place on September 7 and 8, promises to be a powerful and successful event. First, we are pleased to count among our 150 cyclists, Mr. Jean-Michel Anctil, comedian, actor and author. “It is with great pleasure that I accepted the offer of the Fondation Cité de la Santé to be an ambassador for this 12th edition of the 300 KM Pour la VIE; Bike Challenge for Life.

As an artist, it's nice to be able to support the causes and organizations that are important to us and help to make them shine as much as we can! Having participated in other cycling challenges before, I enjoyed the pleasure of riding in a group and I really wanted to relive that. Doing it for people with cancer and their loved ones motivates me even more.

It is with emotion and solidarity that I will join the cyclists on September 7 and 8 and that I will ride with them for life, for hope and for the pleasure of making a difference, together!

Come and join us on September 8 at the Laval Integrated Cancer Center!” - Jean-Michel

All participants of the 300 KM pour la VIE; Bike Challenge for Life have their own stories to tell. That of a relative, a friend, or even their own story. This is the case for Sonia Chapados, partner of Érik Durand, director of Subaru de Laval. In March 2018, Sonia was diagnosed here in Laval with Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer.

Make a donation and encourage our 150 participants of the 2019 edition! Come and greet them on arrival at the CICL on September 7 and 8! For more information, visit 300kmpourlavie.com.
