Many people in the world are not lucky enough to have the same life we do. Some people are affected by many difficulties. Today, I will explain to you in what ways we can help them. I will suggest three things we can do to help them.

Christmas Baskets
Why not take some of your time to collect money? When Christmas comes, many schools offer the opportunity to raise money so that poor people can enjoy a nice Christmas dinner. You can go for a walk and knock on doors to collect money and food donations. Think about it…This can make other people very happy, all thanks to you.

Small Gestures
Have you ever thought about how every special day, like Halloween, can be a chance to help a lot of people? We are fortunate enough to be able to offer them joy and happiness. We can, for example, get involved in organizations that want to volunteer; in the community garden, visit seniors, or be a mediator on the school yard. With our commitment, we can accomplish many things for the good of all people. There are many opportunities like these to demonstrate our power to help. If you really want to help society, there are one thousand and one ways to do it!

Breakfast Clubs
Serving food to the less fortunate is a very useful way to help. I do not know what you think about it, but I think helping the Club des petits déjeuners is a meaningful gesture. Sometimes, even people we may know cannot afford lunch. That's why the Club des petits déjeuners exists. We can go help the cooks by serving students, for example. We can also serve juices and breads. It’s small gesture that can really help!
