Ta da da daaa… Ta da da DAAAA! Can you hear what is coming to Laval? Fireside stories, mittens, tuques, hot chocolate and… Beethoven! From Friday, January 31 to Sunday, February 2, 2020, the Winter Classics Festival revisits your classical favourites. Treat yourself and your loved ones to the unique experience of 4 symphonic concerts in one weekend!

What inspired this festival? Enjoying Beethoven’s finest symphonies in a festive, fun new way! At affordable prices, join the Orchestra for pure enjoyment of this great composer’s famous melodies and themes, some of which are heard in iconic film soundtracks such as Jurassic Park, Fantasia, A Clockwork Orange and many more. This grand celebration is also packed with activities for all ages; musical storytelling for children, ice skating, Happy Hour around the fire, talks, workshops, musical yoga and whole lot more!

The Orchestra’s 50 musicians showcase their excellence, bringing you some of Beethoven’s greatest masterpieces over three days; the Ninth, Fifth, Seventh, Third and Sixth symphonies conducted by Alain Trudel. On Saturday, the awe-inspiring Charles-Richard Hamelin will perform two concerts in a single day! A musical marathon to fill your heart with warmth and cheer! Revisit your classical favourites at the Winter Classics Festival!
