In my opinion, a healthy habit is getting exercise, playing outside, playing a sport, etc. What healthy habits do you have? I play outside, play sports and I take a break once in a while to read books and do homework. It is okay to take a break once in a while, like go play outside. Do not be a couch potato, please. Maybe consider going outside if you are sitting on the couch staring at a television. Yes, you may look at this and think “Hah, I'll do my research and prove you wrong, because a ten-year-old can’t be right.” Well, you might stumble upon this research: “There is no evidence that sitting too close to the TV can damage children's eyes. It may, however, lead to temporary eye strain. If your children are staring at TV, computer or video game screens for a long time, there is a tendency for them not to blink.” 

Hah, you proved a ten-year-old wrong…but there is one problem. If you play on it every day you may get lazy. It may lead to anger. You are probably like,”Hah, anger, I'm always happy.” I did research on myself and the longer I'm on my game, I get more addicted to it, I do not want to stop playing it, so when my parents call me to eat supper (dinner) I’m always like “Ugh, seriously why does it have to be now?” So maybe take a break once in a while or give yourself a time limit. I do also have a brother who plays his games a lot and he is always easily annoyed.

Maybe eat better. Try not to eat a lot of junk. I said this countless times that you can take a break and eat some junk food once in a while. Movie night for example. If you do some healthy habits, it may change your life. Healthy habits aren’t just physical things. Like you may think you are overweight but try to think more positively. Again, it will help.  I challenge you. I will do it too. I challenge you to… have more healthy habits. It WILL impact your life greatly. Have you noticed that ‘healthy’ has the word ‘heal’ in it? Yeah, they are very good for your body. Please be safe, have fun and be healthy.
