There are also observation sites so you can stop, relax and enjoy every moment.

Bike ride in the peat bogs – Imagine pedaling along magnificent trails, surrounded by a forest of majestic conifers. You will feel in harmony with nature, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. And the best part is that this 14.5km course is beginner-friendly, meaning you don't need to be an experienced cyclist to fully enjoy it. As you progress, you will be amazed by the mysterious beauty of the bogs. These unique environments are home to incredible vegetation, including sphagnum moss and carnivorous plants such as pitcher plant and sundew. You will have the opportunity to observe them up close and learn more about how they work thanks to interpretation panels along the route.

The highlight of the show awaits you in the heart of the peat bogs. By going to the viewpoint, you may be lucky enough to see a moose. Imagine gazing at this iconic creature in its natural habitat, while enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding peatlands. It is a unique experience that will remain engraved in your memory.

Canoe trip in calm water – Prepare yourself to be amazed by the Rivière Noire Nord-Ouest! This magnificent river, with its sinuous meanders and its historical past linked to log driving, offers a wild landscape exceptionally rich in fauna and flora.  Whether you are a beginner or an expert, this experience will transport you to the heart of  magnificent nature. This route extends over 7 km of tranquility, between  Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard and Lac Frontière. Whether you are a novice or a long-time follower, this activity is suitable for all levels. You can learn the basics of navigation or perfect your existing skills, while exploring the wonders of the river.

River fishing – Discover the pleasures of fishing for brook trout and muskellunge. With its vast territory, the park offers a multitude of options for fishing for trout in lakes, rivers and streams. Embark in a rowboat on Lac Carré or take a walk along the Ruisseau des Cèdres, fishing rod in hand. You will experience moments of pure adrenaline while catching these fish. At the end of the day, enjoy your catch around a wood fire near your cabin or campsite.
